The Governing Body
The Governors of The Pilgrim School meet regularly to fulfil the three core functions of governance. These are:-
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction.
- Holding executive leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff.
- Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.
Within these pages of the school website, we will introduce ourselves and share with you the minutes of our meetings as well as make sure all the information required of us is easily available for you to access. You will also be able to find our current Code of Conduct and Terms of Reference documents for each year.
